Vision and Mission
The Fine Arts Academy at Olympia Elementary in Judson ISD, opened to students in 1980. Working together, we have cultivated a school culture that believes that ALL students can learn. We want to build and maintain positive, productive, and professional relationships. These relationships will allow our students to achieve great success in school, outside of school, and beyond their elementary school years. Our campus offers all-day Pre-K through 5th grade. Beginning in August of 2019, we began providing free breakfast to all students in their classrooms.
CORE VALUES:
- Be Respectful
- Be Responsible
- Be Restorative
VISION STATEMENT: The vision of Olympia Elementary is to set students on the path to become the leaders of tomorrow.
MISSION STATEMENT: The mission of Olympia Elementary is to build respectful and responsible students who are lifelong learners by following three agreements of respect, responsibility, and restorative practices.
PLEDGE: Unicorns, remember we are a community that believes in being restorative. We know no one is perfect or born to be perfect. We all make mistakes and we all have bad days. Being restorative means that it is our responsibility to fix our mistakes. If you want to achieve greatness, you have to learn from your mistakes and work hard to make your dreams happen. To help you achieve your dreams, we have three agreements that every student and staff member commits to everyday. They are to be respectful, be responsible, be restorative. If we follow these three agreements, we get faster, stronger, and smarter everyday. We will become the leaders of tomorrow!
